Associate Specialty Coffee Merchant

Anne has a love/hate relationship with living in Minnesota; loving the summers but absolutely despising the long, cruel winters. She stays for her loved ones and the promise of nearly perfect summer weather, abundant farmers markets, and trips to the North Shore along Lake Superior with her fiancé Noah. She has an immense sweet tooth, especially for vanilla cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies, and has been known to start giggling with happiness while eating these sweet treats.

Upon graduating from Vassar College in New York, she realized she had no idea what to do with a liberal arts degree in Environmental Studies. She returned to her home of Minnesota and began working at an organic certification agency. She managed the certification process for producers and handlers of organic products, and decided she wasn’t cut out for the monotony of working with government regulations.

It was then she found Café Imports and fell in love with coffee. She tasted flavors during cuppings she would never have imagined, and she developed quite the caffeine addiction. She is amazed by the complexity of the coffee industry and is excited to be a part of the Café Imports team.
